Important Notice for BevMAX Operators

Models Affected DN5800-3 & 4, DN3800-3 & 4

Production Dates: 2009-2014

Dear Valued Customer,

Starting in April 2019 we have sent product notices to customers who purchased select BevMAX units with ballasts that may experience arcing. As noted, this issue may cause damage to the vending machines and its surroundings. We are contacting you because you may be in possession of a unit affected by this notification which you received on loan from the Bottlers or through secondary purchase.

If you are in possession of any BevMAX units with production dates within the 2009 – 2014 range, you must read and follow the directives regarding ballast inspection and potential replacement. Please use button below to access this important information.

We also want to make sure you are aware that you can receive free replacement ballast kits by ordering them directly from Crane. To secure a free kit(s) directly from Crane, please follow the instructions outlined in Product Notice Update, taking care to provide the serial #’s of the impacted units.
