Abstract Submission

The Organizing Committee invites you to submit the abstracts for oral or poster presentations on the following sections:

 

 

Section 1. General, Molecular  Virology, Viruses of Bacteria

Section 2. Plant Viruses

Section 3. Medical Virology

Section 4. Veterinary Virology

Section 5. For Students and Young Scientists “The Viruses are Might”

 

 

  • All abstracts submitted must be original work and not previously presented in any form at other symposia.

  • Abstract is limited in 1 page.

  • Your abstracts will be submitted to the Scientific Committee for evaluation and presenters will be notified regarding the status of their abstracts (oral or poster presentation) and date of presentation.

  • Submitting authors should also identify the type of presentation (oral or poster) and the session name in which they would prefer their work was presented, but for oral presentations can also give second and third choice session names, as some session choices may be over-subscribed.

Guidelines for Oral Preparation

Keynote or PowerPoint invited and regular oral presentations will have 30 and 20 minutes (including discussion), respectively. Authors and session chair persons are asked to strictly follow these time limits.

Short oral presentations will have 15 minutes, without discussion. For these, pdf files need to be submitted before the conference starts.

All speakers are required to upload a PDF version of their presentation at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the session (except short oral).


Guidelines for Poster Preparation

Maximum dimensions allowed are A0 size with portrait orientation (0.84 x 1.19 m).

The organization will provide boards and materials to fix your poster.
